Because small precision cut lettering, which is produced in accurate detail reflects your companies professionalism.

Have you ever wanted to subtly showcase a prestigious award which your company has received -without boasting?

Where you simply display your award, in the public eye, so they may see how your company is recognized by peers within your industry.

And as a way to further reassure your potential customer base that your company cares about their satisfaction.

After all, wouldn’t it be nice and reassuring for a prospect to see your award(s) in your place of business.

For example…

Imagine you’re a potential client, customer, renter or prospect.

And you’ve visited a few companies which you’re looking to do business with.

And while doing so, you notice one of the company’s you visited was showcasing their awards on one of their interior walls.

Whereas the other companies you visited didn’t display any awards?

And if this is the case, then which company would you feel more confident about doing business with?

The one with numerous awards?

Wouldn’t you trust them more?

Especially if they were low-key about displaying their awards for you to discover, as to not come off as self gloating.

Well, that’s what this property / management company is doing.

They ordered up some of these small precision cut lettering with a tiny logo bug.

Which are the letters and logo you see in the post picture above.

And they had these small letters pin mounted on the interior walls of their leasing office.

Yet, they didn’t opt for massive lettering to showoff how great they are.

They went with small and subtle lettering to simply present their message.

So as potential customers roamed about their leasing office… the customer could notice it all on their own.

However, to present this prestigious award in small letters on a wall, the lettering had to be accurate.

Meaning, could you imagine having a stellar award and then having it being showcased on your wall with crocked or rough cut lettering?

That would take away the overall presentation of the award.

Why present an award, for all to see, if it’s an eye-soar, right?

Which is why the letters and logo bug depicted in the photo above were produced on a high-end CNC routing table.

A CNC router with the ability to hold tiny cutting bits.

Cutting bits which attached to a precision spindle which can be calibrated to produced tiny letters like these.

And since this lettering and logo bug was routed from a sheet of aluminum laminated 3/16″ foam, it couldn’t be laser or water cut.

It had to be spindle cut.

Which means, it saved the company some money.

Plus they got their lettering and logo bug to match their overall branding type style.

After all, if they would have chosen a flat cut solid aluminum, then pin mounting the tiny letters to the wall would be a trick.

And harder to work with.

Or if they went with cast or formed lettering they would not have be able to utilize their branding type style or even logo bug… unless they wanted to pay for custom molds. Molds which would have been super expensive.

So for the ease of install with cost saving appeal they went with these flat cut CNC letters.

And if you didn’t know… the smaller the lettering, the more difficult it is to install.

Which was the final touch.

After all, what good is a prestigious award which is depicted with ultra fine and accurately produce small letters if it’s installed all cockeyed or crocked on a wall?

So in order to ensure the finishing touch of a straight and properly spaced wall mount display, pins were used instead of much thicker studs.

Which means, the same, to scale, logo lettering design which was utilized to precision cut the lettering was printed separately on paper.

And on the paper there were “x” marks for drill holes.

Why?

Becasue as these custom letters were CNC cut (in reverse) the tiny router bit also inset a small dimple area where the pins were to be inserted on the back side of the letters.

Which means, the pins would line up exactly with the paper patterns “x” marks.

So all install had to do was to make sure the paper pattern was hung level on the wall, and in the proper location.

Then they would simply use a tiny drill bit to drill into the center of the “x” marks on the paper pattern on the wall.

And then when they removed the paper pattern… they would insert each letter into the matching pin holes which were on the wall.

Which meant, all they had to do was push the pin mounted CNC router letters into the holes and everything looked good.

The lettering and logo were now perfectly spaced and level on the wall.
